This forum was originally started when MyGermanShepherd.co.uk was being hacked, so that we could have 'emergency' meetings when MGS was down. Sadly, MGS has gone, so this is our current home. Equally sadly, we've lost touch with a lot of good friends in the transition. If you know someone who's missing MGS, please point them in our direction. Don't worry if you've never heard of MGS - we'd love to meet you and talk about sheps'n'stuff As a new forum, we can't hope to have the depth that MGS had - but the more folk who join in and share, the better resource we'll become. Members can take an active part in how this board develops, feel free to ask, share, and opiniate !! All we ask is that you're kind and polite to other members - sometimes text posts can seem cold, just assume that everything posted is done with the very best intentions.

Nicely put Brian. It would be good to build the forum up and new members is a new breath of fresh air with everyone's view point being respected.
I keep losing the link but I have found it again. Sorry everyone. Not been myself since my car accident. :-(

I keep losing the link but I have found it again. Lovely to see you here, Linda See if this works. Forget how these forum things link up. Yes " I keep losing the link" it must be my age and my memories not what it was either.
Glad to be back. Lets hope the discussions and useful informative articles can get built back up too.

Hi Alessia and Moses,
Sad that your dog has joint disorders, did your vet tell you this? He is only 6 months old and still growing, I have seen dogs grow to live a happy normal life after this diagnosis and have quite simply grown into themselves. Indeed my dog used to limp badly from time to time when young and it is all part of the astonishing growth rate of these dogs. Be positive and lets have some pictures.
