... I have Kai to look after and he is acting a bit odd as to be expected, lots of TLC needed for both of us. I am totally and utterly gutted. Absolutely - take great care of each other ... Was Kai there?? Yes he was, always walk them together, he was sniffing and licking Raife all over. Surrounded by about ten youngsters as well who looked on with great interest bless them. Either frightened them to death or it was a life experience at least they didn't run away. One was even explaining to the rest what CPR was.

Oh, that's very sad ...
But with our 4-legs, there's a sense of completion if they die at home, rather than at the vets. Piewacket (kotteb) roamed the house for weeks calling for Ozzy. He wasn't complete 'til we got Charley.

It would be lovely to have a picture memorial of Raife, alongside Aide and Charley. All friends together ... Does this site have enough allocated server space?

We're very low on server space for attachments - mine are mostly linked from FB posts, their addresses seem a lot more stable than Google Photos??

That knocks it on the head then, don't do FB, Photobucket or anything else. We have to find another option.

She never looked for him and that made it easier on us too, there's nothing quite so sad as an animal looking for his/her friend, you can't tell them - it's heartbreaking.

A handful of attachments about the size of your first one won't break us ... Post away.

Problem I have is that Kai has never been on his own except for Raife's once a year trip to the vet, always been together with me 24/7. Probably me being upset is affecting him but his going for a walk yodel has turned in to a whine and a few other out of character goings on. Eating well and getting loads of TLC, daughters coming for the weekend and he loves them. All will be well.

Gorgeous - they are the cutest looking puppies, aren't they? Is Kai a shep too?
