As soon as my hand touched the door Pickle was up & whining/barking all excited for the string ball. How can dogs go from absolutely dead to the world to 900mph in a slit second.

If I am going out of the back door Aide is up and very excited as this is the way to the car and therefore her favourite park which is about 11 mile from us. If I go to the front door then its a look of disgust that I haven't gone for the back door.

Pickle is not sure of the car she has to be lifted in she will not jump up the 2ft into the boot but she's happy to leap up 4ft on to the wood storage box because we go past the car to go to the field she gets all excited then if I stop at the back of the car she sits ears down tail under & yawns alot, once we on the move she falls asleep in seconds strange beasts our dogs.

I've only one word to say to you Bob for getting up into the car - 'CHEESE' Thanks I'd like onion with mine please! I have tried with liver , assuage, chicken & numerous commercial treats it works once maybe twice then total disinterest.

It has to be a good strong cheese or the little apple smoked ones that you can get in the little net packaging. About six in a pack. I call these the 'Get in the car cheese' as she doesn't like going home much but would rather stay and play in the mud. Of course if she doesn't get in the car then I eat the cheese myself - she hates it when I do that.

Both Pickle & Toby love cheese if I put cheese in Mrs Bob's sarnies they form a queue 2 dogs 5 cats it's like an audience on a cooking program
