Sheba is gorgeous! My first dog was called Sheba - he was a stuffed toy that I had when I was about three years of age - I had to wait another twenty years before I got a real one!

Lowie: Lovely dog you have there.
Lorraine: It was worth the wait wasn't it.

The third picture is exactly how my Lucy sleeps, she loves being on her back with her legs in the air (tart!)

Well worth waiting for lovely Morgan <3 Had to wait an additional 13 years for her to come along! Jessie was 14.5 when she died two weeks before Morgan was born.

Sheba is beautiful. When I was around 12 years old, and not allowed a dog of my own, I absolutely coveted a beautiful GSD bitch called Sheba who lived in the same village. I would spend ages sitting by the gate to her property just fussing her. I did once feel brave enough to ask her owners if I could take her for a walk but they said they were training her as a guard dog and so were discouraging her from being friends with strangers. She had a wonderful temperament and was so friendly. The adult I now am wonders if they were politely trying to say no because they (understandably) didn't trust a child to walk her or whether they really did want her to be a guard dog, which seems a pity due to her very lovable nature.
