goo.gl/photos/F5wP26v83B4YANQJ6By way of explanation: 1. A quiet country lane and bridge over the river Loddon with nice pubs half a mile away in each direction! 2. Christmas Day with one of his best friends Alice. He seems to get most excited with Ladradors more than any other breed which makes me wonder whether they featured in his past life. 3. This is his new friend Archie, a Tibetan Mastiff puppy, yes puppy who at only 15 months weighs over 60 kilos (Kai is 42k). Archie loves playing rough and tumble with Kai but is always submissive when they meet even though he's half as big again 4. Kai playing ball which is his reason for existence it seems 5. Playing ball with Archie today Anyways, hope you enjoy the pix, let me know if there's any probs viewing them as I've only just started using this cloud storage stuff, duh.

Nice pics John I see you are a fellow check chain person. We will be in sooo much trouble he he! That's what he had when we adopted him and he's comfortable and used to it. As far as I can see they're not illegal in the UK. A friend has suggested getting a half choke which he used on his just departed GS. I'll look at that when I next have time.

I continue to use a check chain cos it rings against Charley's name tag, so I can tell where he is by sound I also use them on our dog-swap boarders, even if their owner doesn't As long as you're not still doing the Barbie Woodhouse 'go on - give him a _jerk_!!' methods, I can't see any harm at all?? Speaking of dog-swaps, we're getting Buddy for 3 weeks on Good Friday - off to Cornwall with both for a week on Easter Saturday Buddy (nearest) and Kenzo (furthest) are our current swap-dogs Yes it's very useful to hear the chain clinking when they dive into the 'bunder' and disappear I've now got him on a half choke which he seems happy with.
