Nasty  Theft is on the rise as said before. A friend of our son had a bad experience a few days ago, he told us. She has got a Shih Tzu, and somebody was trying to unclip the lead when she was walking her dog. Luckily she managed to hold on to her dog and also was not attacked, but an experience like that makes you wary I guess. |

Went to the seaside with Dawny and Tasha yesterday (I'll find some pix later), met a woman on the beach with what she said was a cockerpoo (I s'pose it could have been) pup. Adorable little thing - she paid _£2,500_ for it  Dog theft comes in many forms No wonder she wouldn't let him off the lead ... |

A former vet nurse that I work with, when filling out a vaccination card for dogs would ask the breed and if the owners said a Cockapoo or similar she would write down Cocker Spaniel Cross or if it looked more poodle she would write Poodle Cross.
She did not believe in these designer dogs, the owners were not amused and she would tell them that they are cross breeds and are not recognised as pure breeds.
