Oh I read this yesterday on my face book feed, how can someone torture a defenseless animal like this its the lowest of the low right up there with child abuse, cant stand people who think nothing of hurting their pets. What I wonder is how come the official came to look into the window and see the poor dog unconscious in the tub, it said she had found the dog after being concerned about the condition of her eyes. There must have been something untoward to prompt a visit from the RSPCA. They must have already been checking up on this poor animal before he decided to give it an acid bath ..... ughn doesn't bear thinking about.

Poor dog, glad the dog is now recovering and will be rehomed.
