I didn't even know that it had ever taken place, and I live in London. I clicked on the 2019 bit and read: "Vivian spent an hour choosing her knickers". A bit obsessive imo, but anyway the whole thing made me laugh, thanks caryll

Interesting! You'll never get me on a tube unless I can get to the platform in a lift or by stairs - I cannot get onto a 'down' escalator, never have been able to! I get to the top, see the stairs moving down away from me and that's it - no way! 'Up' escalators are fine!
