Fully agreed! I know a couple of people who dress their dogs up in all sorts of stuff, and then they expect me to say how nice their dog looks in the outfit. Even though I do not say that it is totally unnecessary, I never praise the outfits. The people probably think I'm not very complimentary, but at least I am not rude... Bonus for them...

We put Dempsey in a lion costume a couple of years ago, but that's about it. I don't agree with dressing dogs up.
We have a coat for him in winter & a couple of equafleece tankies as pyjamas (again in the cold weather) but that's all.

And understandable, he is short-haired - how is he doing btw?

And understandable, he is short-haired - how is he doing btw? Yes, scared every one of them - there aren't any lions left in Northampton now! He's doing quite well, thank you. Still coughing, but less so with the inhaler. I've got to weigh him at some point as we're trying to get him to lose weight. But at least he isn't a bag of bones now!

Yes great news. Every time you mention his inhaler I imagine him in a corner having a go himself.

Yes great news. Every time you mention his inhaler I imagine him in a corner having a go himself.  If he had his way he'd run away, he really doesn't much like it. But he's a good boy (for a change) and stands still for about a minute.
