Hi All Hopefully you might remember me as having Major who was Bullmastiff x German Shepherd and such a wonderful old boy. Unfortunately the cancer made a come back tonight on his walk and he collapsed in the middle of the road. Took him around 20 minutes to start moving and three of us picked him up and popped him into my car to take him to the vets. He was such a special dog being a double rescue case and having rather awful experiences in his life until I met him with his beautiful mate Sheba (pure breed German Shepherd). I am, and will miss him so much. I would like, once again, to thank the wonderful people on this forum for the help they gave me during our major health scare a while ago. Cross over Rainbow Bridge my dear old friend and meet up with Sheba, I shall see you two and the other pooches when we meet up.

I am so very sorry. Major had the best of both breeds and was a great dog. I know folks will say, you were lucky to have him for so long, but forever would have been too short. Run free Major with Sheba!
