I know, it's scary, isn't it?
My main concerns about it are that it swells in the stomach (so a large-ish piece could easily cause a blockage) and the chemicals used to prepare it are horrific! Dempsey's a gulper - if it fits in his mouth, it will go down his throat! If he swallowed a lump we'd have £££s emergency vet fees!

Im glad that you have read up on it. Just because places like pets at home sell them does not mean they are good for your dog, much the same as food from your vets, its not very high ranking.

Time for a quick update pic!
The boy is 10 months now and is turning into a lovely family dog.
He has 'almost' grown into his ears but he still gets the odd comment from people saying how big they are!
