She's beautiful - looks so sleek!! Yes, the breeder commented on how athletic she looks. I like to keep them on the slim side whilst the bones are developing; having a heavy weight is not good for the joints. Hopefully she will fill out but I don't expect that until she's around the 2-3 year mark.

Oh, I think she looks fine - I don't like to see fat pups, not good for their future health.

Going back to the ear thing - Gus did have both ears up before he was five months old but when we collected him, he had one tipped over at the top and it has never gone back up again. I like it, I think it gives him character, although the owner of the Sire did make quite a bit of fuss, saying that we should 'get something done about it'!

All over an ear!
When I got my first pedigree dog (Perry, a Border Collie bitch) there was a lot of snobbery about BC ears. Some said only semi prick should be allowed, and some said full prick should be acceptable because working collies had both.
Perry was from a semi-pricked dog (Tilehouse Cassius) out of a full pricked bitch (Mizanne the Witch) & she had full prick ears. I lost count of the number of people who told me she wasn't a 'proper' collie & with ears like that she must have GSD in her.
I didn't buy her to show, I had always wanted a pedigree BC. But I really couldn't see the fuss about what a working type dog's ears were like! Would it have stopped her working sheep? I doubt it - she used to try to round up everything else.
In a show ring the dog should be as near perfect as possible, but pets are allowed to have character!
