It didn’t last long but he had great joy destroying it and it was on offer… 😂 (he doesn’t eat the stuffing)

Kong products are generally ok but they are expensive. Vinny cannot have anything material based and most of the other toys do not last him very long at all.

Badger gets through most things within a few seconds. He has a black extreme kong which we stuff with treats/peanut butter to keep him occupied & luckily he doesn't chew it. When Dempsey was alive he destroyed a large extreme kong...

Haha yes, he has a large black Kong and his large rope toys which have lasted but we occasionally buy him things like this if they are on offer as he enjoys destroying them so much!

Tasha's not particularly toy-destructive, she's got a box of toys for open access in the hallway. Mostly she just carries them about (she likes to bring us a toy when we come home from eg tennis) - she's not a ggreat one for playing with them. We've got a nautical float on a string for beach use and she'd sometimes fetch a ball-on-a-rope in the park - but that's limited now she's losing her sight. I'm going to buy some toys with eg bells inside so that we can play fetch in the house. The AO bear (given to her by the delivery drivers) in this pic lives in a drawer marked 'under supervision only' with numerous other soft toys

Mine love their toys but they don't really chew them up. They both have indestructiballs which they love and Gus likes to try and chew his despite the fact that it's too big even for his enormous mouth. He has the large size ball and Lucy has the smaller one which she pushes up and down the drive and makes a lot of noise talking to it! Lucy carries soft toys around a lot and she's already got her reindeer out in readiness for you know what! Gus looks hilarious when he carries teddies around, somehow it just doesn't suit him!

Are instructiballs the same as the big orange ball we have got (called tuff or something)? Axel loves his, and we have had it for years without him destroying it. Axel has also got quite a few "soft" toys, but he is not really bothered about them, occasionally he will cary them in his mouth, but he does not destroy them.

I get mine from Amazon but this is what they're like - www.happypet.co.uk/indestructiball.html

Be careful on the sizing, a shep could swallow some of those

Be careful on the sizing, a shep could swallow some of those Which one are you talking about Brian? Indestructiballs come in several sizes, Gus has extra large because he's got a big gob and Lucy has the next size down. Neither of them can get the balls in their mouths, they are for scooting up and down, not for carrying.

The 13cm one too big to go in Lucy's mouth but only by a little bit. She just kicks it about. Gus isn't interested in Lucy's ball, he has his own.

Gus is not interested in Lucy's ball? If we had 2 dogs, Axel would want every ball going. Gus must be really easy-going...
