I read somewhere (I can't remember where!) that the dog had held & shook the victim's arm quite strongly. There had also been previous complaints about aggressive issues which they had done nothing about. They had said that they would consult a 'trainer' but never did.
When all is said & done, although it's a terrible shame that the poor boy was pts, maybe it was for the best as his owner wasn't prepared to do anything about the dog's aggression.
