Too true caryll, and the situation will get even worse because a lot of animal shelters now have to shut down due to financial problems due to covid.

Always happens when money's tight (xmas ...), and taking them to the vet requires the negotiating skills of an international diplomat ... Yet folk were queueing to find stupid ways to obtain puppies   !! |
