A cat was mauled to death on owners doorstep by two offlead dogs.
Owner is campaigning for prosecutions if dogs attack animals.

Not surprised - the video is horrible, what gets me though, somebody filmed that, instead of filming could they not have intervened? If I saw that sort of thing happening, I would certainly not film it but rather try and save the cat!
